Police in Kentucky narrowed their search efforts as they look for a missing mom of newborn twins.
Savannah Spurlock, 22, was last seen Jan. 4 leaving a Lexington bar — and authorities are now actively searching “specific areas” in Garrad County for the missing mom, news station WKYT reported.
Surveillance footage showed the Richmond woman heading out of The Other Bar with two men the night she vanished. Police identified and questioned the persons of interest, but no charges have been filed.
Spurlock has two sons, ages 4 and 2, and gave birth to twins in December, according to WKYT.
“How long can that take place? Her newborn twins, her 2-year-old —the twins are too young — but the 2-year-old, he misses his mommy,” Spurlock’s mom, Ellen, told the news station. “He saw her on TV one night and said ‘Mommy.’ He misses her.”
Anyone with information about the 22-year-old’s disappearance is urged to call police at 859-624-4776.
