Sean Spicer talks movies with Mike Pompeo for new ‘Extra’ gig

Sean Spicer has a new gig as a “special” Washington correspondent for “Extra” — and his first assignment was chatting up Secretary of State Mike Pompeo about the Oscars.

The nation’s top diplomat waxed rhapsodic about his love for the band Queen and how much he enjoyed the bio-pic “Bohemian Rhapsody” about the late-20th century British rockers.

“He adores Queen, so I mean we saw ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ first weekend,” Pompeo’s wife, Susan, told the former White House press secretary.

Spicer then asked Pompeo whether he had a favorite for the Oscars Best Picture award. He replied, “Gosh, I love ‘Bohemian Rhapsody.’ ”
