Med Review renews, expands lease at 199 Water St.

Jack Resnick & Sons is on a leasing roll at 199 Water St. Two new deals and an expansion brought the year’s total leasing at the 1.1-million-square-foot tower to nearly 380,000 square feet.

Med Review, a subsidiary of the New York County Health Services Organization, signed a 72,439-square-foot renewal and expansion, including an additional 35,454 square feet.

Nonprofit iMentor signed a 22,526-square-foot lease as well. The deals follow on the heels of new leases at 199 Water St. with WeWork, W20 Group and the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.

Asking rents for the Med Review and iMentor spaces were in the high $50s to low $60s per square foot. The deals leave 100,000 square feet still available at 199 Water St. — ranging from 5,000-square-foot pre-builts to 35,000-square-foot full floors.
