Condé Nast’s new CEO plans global tour to meet staffers
Roger Lynch began his first day as CEO of Condé Nast on Monday and told staffers that he plans to hit the road again.
“In the coming weeks, I plan to get out on the road to meet and hear from as many of you as possible,” he said. “I’ll be in the US for the first few weeks, and then have visits planned around the globe. I look forward to hearing your perspectives on our business.”
Lynch, a former Pandora chief, was the choice of Advance Publications Co-President Steven Newhouse and others in the family-run media empire to be the CEO of a new Condé Nast combining its US company with international for the first time. Bob Sauerberg, CEO of domestic Condé, exited last week.
