A female kidnapper abducted a woman at gunpoint in a terrifying plot to gang-rape her, a report said.
Alexandria Lauren Hancock, 28, of Montgomery, was arrested Friday in connection to grand jury warrants issued in July after she allegedly conspired to rape the 34-year-old woman after kidnapping her to violate her sexually, according to indictments obtained by the Montgomery Advertiser.
Hancock also allegedly robbed the woman at gunpoint during the kidnapping. It’s unclear when the alleged attack took place and no co-defendants were named, but Hancock “agreed with one or more persons” to have sex with the woman against her will, according to the indictments.
A message left with the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office seeking additional details was not immediately returned Thursday.
A spokeswoman for Montgomery County Sheriff Derrick Cunningham said he was unavailable to comment. Hancock, who is facing charges of robbery, rape, kidnapping and conspiracy to commit rape, was released from custody Monday after posting $100,000 bond, the spokeswoman said.
Attempts to reach Hancock on Thursday were unsuccessful.
