The former Chelsea Mercantile home of Lance Bass, best known as a member of the hit ’90s boy band NSYNC, is back on the market for $2.5 million.

The seller is Ellen Kroner, AMC Network’s ex-chief communications officer, who worked on shows like “Mad Men” and “Breaking Bad.” Kroner bought the two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo from Bass for $2.13 million in 2013.

For his part, Bass bought the pad for $1.49 million in 2010.

The building, at 252 Seventh Ave., is also known as being home to Katie Holmes following her split from Tom Cruise. Current residents include the writer Fran Lebowitz.

Kroner’s unit is 1,313 square feet with 11-foot ceilings, wide plank mahogany-stained floors and lots of custom built-ins.

Building amenities include a roof deck and a gym. The listing broker is Corcoran’s Alan Berger.
