Restaurateur Stratis Morfogen and his wife, Filipa Fino, a former editor at Vogue, have sold their Bed-Stuy home for $2.7 million.

The house at 663 Putnam Ave. — which now has a pool in the backyard — first went on the market last December for $3.75 million.

The couple bought the home, built in the 1880s, for $1.8 million in 2014, and renovated it.

The 3,770-square-foot pad is currently configured as two separate units: a triplex and a one-bedroom garden apartment.

The listing brokers were Corcoran’s Steve Gold, of “Million Dollar Listing New York,” and Jessica Gomberg.

We hear that scenes of the season 8 of “Million Dollar Listing” — which premieres Aug. 1 on Bravo — were shot in the house and at Morfogen’s Financial District restaurant Brooklyn Chop House.
