Mom’s heartbreaking 911 call released in case of missing 5-year-old Dulce Maria Alavez

The teen mother of missing New Jersey girl Dulce Maria Alavez could barely get words out, her voice shaking in panic, as she called 911 to say the 5-year-old had vanished.

“I can’t find my daughter,” Noema Alavez Perez, 19, said in the Sept. 16 call, sobs catching in her throat, according to a recording obtained by NJ Advance Media on Thursday.

“We were here at the park, and people said that somebody… probably somebody took her.”

The dispatcher asks what the girl was wearing, but the mom doesn’t seem to immediately be able to answer, breathing heavily and asking for a moment.

“I don’t remember what clothes she was wearing,” she says. “I just remember her pants. She was wearing like a flower … flowery pants and some heels, some white heels.”

Another dispatcher gets on the call and asks if Alavez Perez saw where her daughter went.

“No, we were in the car,” she replies. “She came down with my son. They were running to the park and then me and my sister we came down, but when we got here at the park, she wasn’t here.

“They said that my son was just crying with his ice cream, because somebody threw his ice cream on the floor and my daughter just ran away,” Alavez Perez adds.

Alavez Perez, who is five months pregnant, this week renewed a plea for information about her daughter, who is believed to have been abducted from Bridgeton City Park.

“Every night, I always think of her, thinking that she’s crying and that she misses us, misses us a lot,” the distraught mom said on Monday during a press conference at the playground.

“She’s just a little girl, she’s innocent,”

A $35,000 reward is being offered for any information leading to a break in the case.

Investigators have been looking for a light-skinned white or Hispanic male wearing orange sneakers, red pants and a black shirt, last seen driving a red van with tinted windows and a sliding rear passenger door, they believe may have information about the abduction.
