Email from Prince Andrew seems to show he does remember Virginia Giuffre

New details surfaced Monday that could challenge Prince Andrew’s claims about his alleged relationship with former Jeffrey Epstein “sex slave” Virginia Roberts Giuffre.

The royal has insisted he doesn’t remember ever meeting Giuffre, who says she was sex-trafficked to Andrew by his sick pal Epstein in 2001.

An email from the prince shows Giuffre was at least on Andrew’s mind four years ago, the BBC said.

The UK broadcaster said it had a copy of an email sent “From: Duke of York” to pedophile Epstein’s socialite sidekick, Ghislaine Maxwell, in 2015. That’s the year Giuffre sued Maxwell for defamation amid Giuffre’s claims that Epstein raped and trafficked her.

“Let me know when we can talk. Got some specific questions to ask you about Virginia Roberts,” the prince allegedly wrote to Maxwell.

Maxwell responded, “Have some info. Call me when you have a moment,” the BBC said.

Prince Andrew said of Giuffre in an interview last month, “I have no recollection of meeting her.”

The UK broadcaster revealed the email during its aired interview with Giuffre, in which she called Andrew’s claims “ridiculous.”

The prince also has suggested that the now-infamous photo allegedly showing him with his arm around a then-17-year-old Giuffre in 2001 is fake — because he doesn’t hug in public. Giuffre claims that the photo was taken after the pair went clubbing in London, with Andrew sweating profusely all over her — while he has said that can’t be true because he couldn’t heavily perspire at the time thanks to an old war condition.

Other photos of the prince through the years have since surfaced showing him both engaged in PDAs with women and sweating heavily while out partying.

The BBC said it has an affidavit from Giuffre’s boyfriend in 2001 saying he saw the picture of her with the prince at the time and that she told him she was forced to have sex with the royal.

The photographer whom Giuffre allowed to snap a copy of the shot, making it public, added to the broadcaster, “There’s no way that photo is fake.

“It wasn’t like [Giuffre] pulled the photo of Prince Andrew out — it was just in amongst the rest of them. These were 5-by-7 photos that looked like they had come from [a London drug store], nothing more complicated than that. They were just typical teenage snaps.”

Buckingham Palace said in a statement to the BBC, “It is emphatically denied that The Duke of York had any form of sexual contact or relationship with Virginia Roberts. Any claim to the contrary is false and without foundation.”
