Cops collar truck driver in fatal Bronx hit-and-run

Cops arrested and charged a dump truck driver in a fatal hit-and-run in the Bronx, police said Thursday.

Miguel Hernandez, 32, was driving a 2013 Peterbilt on the Cross Bronx Expressway at around 2:30 a.m. on Aug. 29 when he fatally hit 21-year-old Ronald Nival, then left the scene of the accident, police said.

Hernandez, who lives in Belleville, New Jersey, was charged with leaving the scene of an accident, cops said.
