Giuliani pal Lev Parnas says he’ll avoid planes, trains and boats if judge eases bail

Indicted Rudy Giuliani associate Lev Parnas is asking a judge to ease up on his bail restrictions — promising he’ll stay away from airports, boat docks and train terminals if he can leave his house.

Parnas — who was arrested while boarding a flight to Vienna with one-way tickets — is currently out on $1 million bond following charges of violating US campaign finance laws and subject to home detention and electronic monitoring.

The father of five’s lawyer claims his client just wants to get out of the house to spend time with his loved ones.

“Lev Parnas respectfully moves for modification of the terms of his pre-trial release, to allow him to leave his home daily from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, provided that he avoids airports, boat docks or train terminals,” reads the motion, written by attorney Joseph Bondy and filed in Manhattan federal court late Wednesday.

“The requested modification would allow Mr. Parnas to participate in regular family activities with his wife and children, exercise, and be outside of his home during daylight hours.”

Manhattan federal Judge Paul Oetken has yet to rule on the request — though he previously denied a similar ask from Parnas’ co-defendant, Igor Fruman.

The duo were arrested earlier this year on charges they’d skirted US campaign finance laws by hiding donations to state and federal candidates behind straw donors, and funneled money from an unnamed Russian national to a Republican candidate.

They’ve both pleaded not guilty.

Parnas has previously indicated he’s willing to testify before the House of Representatives as part of the ongoing impeachment inquiry into President Trump.
