Top talent agent, promoter and producer Angelo Medina, who was once Ricky Martin’s manager, has found a buyer for his 65th-floor Time Warner Center apartment.
Martin also once lived in the building, located at 80 Columbus Circle in Midtown Manhattan.
The two-bedroom unit was last asking $7 million; the final sale price is not yet known.
Since then, the listing has undergone a number of price cuts and several brokerage swaps.
Medina bought the condo for $3.76 million in 2004.
“Angelo is retiring after more than four decades in the business,” a source says. Media also managed famed Mexican boy band Mana.
The apartment is on a high floor of the Residences at the Mandarin Oriental, and purchase includes use of the hotel’s spa and pool as well as access to its housekeeping and in-room dining services.
Features include a corner living and dining room with floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and views from Central Park to the George Washington Bridge.
The listing brokers were Brenda Powers and Elizabeth Sample of Sotheby’s International Realty.
