Your building may have a gym, but this under-construction Manhattan condo is taking wellness to a whole new level.
At 40 Bleecker St. in Noho, residents will have access to at-home IV therapy drips; downstairs, they’ll get cryotherapy treatments and an infrared sauna.
The building has teamed with wellness boutique chain Clean Market, which will have a location inside the condominium, to provide these services at a cost. It’s said to be the first city condo to offer these perks.
The IVs include NutriCALM — an infusion of procaine, taurine and magnesium — for relaxation and MEGA Recovery to help with severe hangovers (from $99). The menu also includes 15-minute cryofacials, which cost $60 and use air chilled down to -160 degrees Fahrenheit to reduce inflammation, fine lines and pimples.
40 Bleecker — where available units are on the market from a one-bedroom for $1.97 million to a three-bedroom for $6.2 million — anticipates a 2020 completion and is repped by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing.
