ZGF Architects is moving its NYC offices
An architecture firm that designs for Microsoft and converted Howard Hughes’ former Spruce Goose airplane hangar into Google’s offices in Playa Vista, Calif., is moving its own Big Apple offices.
ZGF Architects has now leased the 11,502 square-foot 12th floor penthouse at 39 W. 19th St. in the Flatiron District.
The firm is currently located in 419 Park Ave. So. at East 29th St.
William Fressle of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, which is dedicated to sustainable buildings and design.
Max P. Koeppel of Koeppel Rosen represented the Rosen family ownership, which had an asking rent of $65 per foot.
