A 69-year-old man shot his daughter during an argument in his Brooklyn home, cops said Tuesday.
The dad allegedly fired one round into his 49-year-old daughter’s right forearm Monday about 7 p.m., according to police.
A black .38-caliber gun was later found at the East Flatbush home, though the dad didn’t have a permit for the weapon, cops said.
There was another family member present at the time. It was not immediately clear what the father and daughter were arguing about, cops said.
The dad was taken into custody and charged with assault, menacing, and criminal possession of a weapon, police said.
The daughter was taken to NYU Langone Hospital-Brooklyn in stable condition, cops said.
