Travis Kelce chugs beer from ‘Lombardi Luge’ to celebrate Super Bowl win

Travis Kelce says he once dreamed of chugging a beer from the Stanley Cup as a celebratory gesture, but he’ll make do with the “Lombardi Luge.”

In a video posted to Instagram, the Chiefs tight end is seen pouring the contents of a Bud Light can down the length of the Lombardi Trophy with it angled towards his mouth. He is assisted by what appears to be a teammate while the two are on board a plane.

“Growing up playing hockey, I always wanted to chug out of the Stanley Cup after being crowned a Champion…. No cup on the Lombardi, so I decided to take a ride down the Lombardi Luge!! #LombardiLuge,” the post reads.

Kelce, 30, is wearing a flipped up backwards visor while other passengers are cheering him on in the background.

He caught six passes for 43 yards and a touchdown in the Chiefs’ 31-20 Super Bowl win over the 49ers.

The victory celebration will continue at Wednesday’s championship parade in Kansas City.
