Photos obtained by The Post show accused cop-hating fiend Robert Williams recovering in a hospital after allegedly shooting two police officers in the Bronx this weekend.
Williams, who sources said suffered cuts and bruises during his arrest Sunday morning, is seen handcuffed to a hospital bed with his eyes swelled up and closed.
He was arrested Sunday morning after opening fire inside the 41st Precinct in the Bronx, wounding a police lieutenant before scuffling with cops while being taken into custody.
The shooting Sunday morning was the second attack on cops Williams allegedly launched in about 12 hours.
He began his rampage Saturday night, when he allegedly walked up to a marked NYPD van at about 8:30 p.m. at East 163rd and Fox streets in Hunts Point and opened fire, authorities said.
Officer Paul Stroffolino, 31, was hit in the neck and chin in the attack, but survived, police said.
