‘Cheer’ stars Gabi Butler and Lexi Brumback spotted at NYFW

There was major mutual fangirling between Gabi Butler and Lexi Brumback, of hit Netflix docuseries “Cheer,” and the supermodels at Brandon Maxwell and Tory Burch during New York Fashion Week. The peppy Navarro College champion cheerleaders were in town, courtesy of Instagram, to attend two shows and experience New York.

“When Bella Hadid said ‘hi’ to us [backstage at Brandon Maxwell] and said she loved us, I almost fainted,” Gabi told The Post before Burch’s show, which was also attended by Julianne Moore and Lucy Liu. “We’re getting recognized by the models. It’s like a very surreal thing and I feel like I’m dreaming. Bella is an absolute queen and she just kills everything she does. She’s definitely one of my favorites.”

“That made my day,” added Lexi, a 20-year-old tumbler.

English supermodel Adwoa Aboah also made their day. “You’re so cool!” she raved, after posing for pictures with the pair at Burch’s presentation. “I love everything that you stand for. You’re so individual. You’re a f - - king machine!” she told Lexi, who was kicked off the cheerleading squad after facing legal troubles, but later reinstated by the coach.

The cheerleaders both said they’re fashion fans.

“I do love to shop, but my wallet doesn’t,” said Gabi, a 22-year-old tumbler and flyer who has been cheerleading since she was 8.

“I have, like, a really bad addiction to online shopping,” admitted Lexi.

The pair jetted back to Texas — and the mat — on Sunday.

“I would say we practice every single day for about three hours during the daytime, and then sometimes at night we’ll practice two to three hours again,” said Gabi. “It is very, very hard. In order to be the best, you have to practice a lot.”

“Can we, like, just stay forever?” she asked no one in general.
