Hamptons real estate writer Laura Euler has listed her Montauk beach house for $2.89 million.
The five-bedroom spread at 689 Old Montauk Highway has also been featured in photo shoots for home-decoration business One Kings Lane.
The listing also includes a two-bedroom guest cottage, which had been rented by photographer Matt Albiani and Ron Brand, who together co-founded home goods store Mate Gallery.
The traditional, shingle-style home was built in the 1920s. It features a fireplace and a large deck.
Euler, the former editor of Curbed’s Hamptons site, and her family have resided in Montauk since her great-grandmother settled there in 1910.
She bought the house in 1999 for $350,000 and says she’s selling because her kids are grown.
