A subway surfer lost his foot when the daredevil wiped out on a Brooklyn subway train, police said Wednesday.
The 32-year-old was riding atop a M train as it pulled into the Myrtle-Broadway station in Bed-Stuy around 11:40 p.m. when he collided with an overhead beam and fell in between the cars, getting his lag jammed, according to police and law enforcement sources.
The train was stopped while firefighters extricated him, according to police, who added that his right foot was later amputated at the hospital, police said.
He is expected to survive, and there is no criminality suspected, cops said.
“We cannot stress this enough: Do not ride on top of, between, or on the back of subway cars. Doing so under any circumstances is beyond reckless and can get you killed,” said MTA spokesman Andrei Berman.
