Decomposed body pulled from NYC’s Hudson River

A badly decomposed body was pulled out of the Hudson River Saturday afternoon, police said.

The body, believed to be a male, was spotted facedown near the West Harlem Piers at West 133rd Street at about 2:30 p.m., authorities said.

The unidentified man was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Medical Examiner will determine the official cause of death, officials said.
