Fans of the Kardashian clan may recognize this Malibu beach house.
Featured on past episodes of “Keeping Up With The Kardashians,” the home is where Caitlyn Jenner — then known as Bruce — lived when she was separating from Kris.
Khloe Kardashian also rented it.
Now the home will be up for a virtual auction in May with Concierge Auctions and broker Rodrigo Iglesias of Hilton & Hyland.
The house, at 31654 Broad Beach Road, is now owned by actress/model Tiffany Rose and her husband, Jonathan, who are the co-founders of social media marketing company Big Crowd Media.
The home was previously listed for $7.99 million and will be offered an undisclosed reserve. Amid the spread of the coronavirus, bidding will be held May 27 to 29 via the firm’s online marketplace, ConciergeAuctions.com.
The renovated, gated home comes with direct Lechuza Beach access.
“It’s not just a beach house, it’s a full home on the beach,” says Tiffany Rose. “It feels like it could be in the Palisades or Bel Air.”
The open-plan, 4,456-square-foot home features high ceilings, hardwood floors, oversize windows and sliding glass walls to show off ocean views. There’s also a chef’s kitchen that opens to a deck, an outdoor entertaining area, a hot tub and room for an infinity-edge pool and a cabana, notes the listing.
Private in-person showings and virtual tours are available by appointment. And as part of Concierge Auctions’ Key for Key giving program in partnership with Giveback Homes, the closing “will result in a new home built for a family in need,” a Concierge spokesperson says.
