Tara Reade says she’ll take lie detector test — if Joe Biden takes one

Tara Reade says she’ll take a polygraph test — but only if Joe Biden does.

“I will take one if Joe Biden takes one,” Reade says in the latest clip teasing her new interview with Megyn Kelly, in which she also says she would testify under oath about her sexual assault accusations against the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee.

Reade has accused Biden of pinning her against a wall and sexually assaulting her when she was one of his staffers in 1993, a claim he has denied.

In an earlier teaser-clip from the not-yet-published interview, Reade says Biden should withdraw from the 2020 race, conceding, “But he won’t.’

In the latest clip released Thursday, Kelly asks Reade if she would testify under oath and take a polygraph test, as had another history-making sex assault accuser, Christine Blasey Ford, who tried to derail the Supreme Court nomination of Brett Kavanaugh.

“Some of those who supported [Blasey Ford] but now have found a reason not to support you say, well, she was under oath. Would you go under oath?” Kelly asks Reade, who responds, “Absolutely.”

“They say, ‘well, she subjected herself to cross examination,'” Kelly continues. “Would you do that?”

“Absolutely,” Reade answers.

“They also point out that she took a polygraph, controlled by someone on her team. Is that something you want to do?”

“I’m not a criminal,” Reade answers. “Joe Biden should take the polygraph.

“What kind of precedent does that set, for survivors of violence?” Reade says.

“Does that mean we’re presumed guilty, and we all have to take polygraphs? So I will take one if Joe Biden takes one.

“But I’m not a criminal.”
