An MTA utility truck driver was busted after slamming into a parked Pepsi delivery truck near Times Square early Tuesday, according to police.

The smash-up happened at 5:40 a.m. on West 42nd Street between Sixth Avenue and Broadway, cops said.

The Pepsi truck driver said he was parked in a westbound bus lane making a delivery when the crash occurred, according to PIX 11. He was not hospitalized.

Two people were taken to the hospital, according to an FDNY spokesman, who did not have information on their condition.

The driver has been suspended pending an investigation, according to the MTA.

It was not immediately clear what charges the MTA driver would face.
