Bravest in the making: Girl uses garden hose to battle house fire

She’s a firefighter in the making.

A young upstate girl, identified by police as “Ali,” was captured on a doorbell camera footage doing her best to help put out a blaze that broke out in a neighbor’s home in Rye, CBS2 reported.

As smoke billowed from the windows of the multi-family dwelling, Ali sprung to action. The child ran out of her home, grabbed a neighbor’s garden hose and started spraying the house with water.

Ali soon received backup when the local fire department showed up with more heavy-duty equipment.

Everyone living n the home was able to leave safely, and no injuries were reported, the station said.
