A speeding driver flipped over a median on the Henry Hudson Parkway early Wednesday and crashed into another car, killing one of his own passengers and injuring himself and three others, according to police.
A 21-year-old man was driving a black Honda Accord on the southbound parkway near West 96th Street on the Upper West Side just before 12:30 a.m., when he slammed into the median and overturned — landing in the northbound lanes and striking a black Toyota Avalon, cops said.
An unidentified rear-seat passenger in the Honda, a man, was rushed to Mount Sinai Morningside, where he was pronounced dead.
The driver, as well as two other passengers, 25- and 32-year-old men, were taken to the same hospital, where they are listed in stable condition.
The 41-year-old Toyota driver was taken to NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center in stable condition.
