The Nets didn’t take a Scrubb after all.
With their final pick (No. 55 overall) in the 2020 NBA Draft on Wednesday, Brooklyn selected shooting guard Jay Scrubb, who is anything but, having won JUCO player of the year this past season.
But the Nets traded the pick to the Clippers, moving down two spots to select forward Reggie Perry.

The 6-foot-10, 250-pounder was the SEC Co-Player of the Year after averaging 17.4 points and 10.1 boards.
