NYPD releases photos of suspect in Bryant Park subway shove

Cops released photos of the panhandler who they believe shoved a man onto Manhattan subway tracks when he refused to fork over money.

The 36-year-old victim was waiting for a downtown B or D train at the 42nd Street-Bryant Park station around 6:50 p.m. Wednesday when the suspect approached him begging for money, police said.

When the man refused, his attacker punched him multiple times in the face and then shoved him onto the tracks before taking off.

The victim, who got back up onto the platform safely, was taken to Bellevue Hospital for minor injuries to his knee and hands. There was no incoming train at the time, according to cops.

His assailant took off, heading north along Sixth Avenue.

In photos released by cops, the suspect can be seen wearing a red track jacket with white and black stripes on the sleeves, red sweatpants with white letters on the legs and white sneakers.
