DC Comics is weighing whether to sue the Proud Boys after the far-right group used the publisher’s logo in ads for an upcoming rally in Washington, DC, according to a new report.

The comics giant and its owner Warner Bros. Entertainment are “investigating” the Proud Boys’ unauthorized use of its “DC” logo, reps for DC Entertainment said in a letter obtained by Business Insider.

The gang — whose members describe themselves as “proud Western chauvinists” — used DC’s logo in a flyer for its Dec. 12 “March for Trump” in DC, which was posted on social media platform Parler.

DC fans flagged the alleged rip-off to Michael Shelling and Carrie Williams, who handle press for DC.

Williams said the Proud Boys’ use was “not authorized by DC,” while Shelling acknowledged the “WarnerMedia Legal department have been investigating this,” Business Insider reported.

Proud Boys chairman Enrique Tarrio laughed off the threat of a lawsuit — and hurled a homophobic slur at the comics giant.

“I would love for them actually to sue me. I’d love to turn that into a circus,” he told Business Insider.

“Maybe they’ll benefit in their marketing, their virtue signaling marketing, of trying to convince people that they don’t like the Proud Boys. That’s fine. Get in line with the rest of the other liberal f—-ts.”
