‘You’ve got the look’: Jordache founder revealed as buyer of Nelson Rockefeller’s UES spread

Ralph Nakash has got the look!

The co-founder of the Jordache Enterprises empire that began with jeans, is the secret buyer of the late Vice President Nelson Rockefeller’s Upper East Side residence, Gimme has learned.

Nakash bought the coveted digs at 812 Fifth Ave. for $9.95 million — down from its $11.5 million asking price.  It appears that Nakash had an “in” — as he already lives in the building.

He paid $6.9 million for a lower-floor three-bedroom co-op in 2014, as we reported exclusively at the time. It’s the first time the sprawling, 3,990-square-foot unit has traded hands in almost 60 years.

Nakash’s new 15th-floor home comes with four bedrooms, 4½ bathrooms and sublime Central Park views.

The stunning co-op also features a private elevator landing and a 295-square-foot terrace. Nakash, we hear, is planning on extensive renovations before moving in.

The 19-story limestone building dates to 1963. Rockefeller bought the residence that year when he was governor of New York. He went on to become vice president under Gerald Ford from 1974 to 1977. Clayton Orrigo of Compass repped buyer and seller.
