Suzanne Somers lists splashy Palm Springs home for $8.5M
Come and knock on her door!
Suzanne Somers has just listed her Palm Springs home for $8.5 million, The Post can exclusively report.
The property has been on and off the market since 2017, when it was first listed for a whopping $14.5 million.
Somers, 74, purchased the home at the height of her television career in 1977 for only $420,000.
The estate holds five villas in total and sits at the base of Mt. San Jacinto. The prime home features seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms.
The entire abode is nestled on more than 28 acres of desert land.
Spanning 7,279 square feet, Villa 1 contains an open living room, chef’s kitchen and a butlers’ pantry, as well as a secret 2,000-bottle wine cellar. The dining room holds a fireplace and a wet bar. The master suite features a private patio with an outdoor shower.

Famed modernist architect Albert Frey designed “The Rock House” villa of the estate, which features a two-room suite with walls of glass and a meditation garden.
The enduring blonde bombshell and her notoriously frisky husband, Alan Hamel, 84, have since downsized to a more intimate Palm Springs home. They purchased a 4,800-square-foot home for $2.35 million in 2019.
After her legendary sitcom roles on “Three’s Company” and “Step by Step,” Somers expanded into the literary realm, publishing a series of best-selling alternative health and self-help books. In 2015 she participated in the 20th season of “Dancing With the Stars.”
