Aman luxury hotel makes a splash in NYC with $34.5 million listing

Things are going swimmingly for Russian oligarch Vlad Doronin (inset, who famously dated Naomi Campbell, before the pair sued each other).

He’s now creating an urban sanctuary at the new Aman New York hotel and residences (in the Crown Building), where several of the units boast their own private pools.

Aman’s 18th-floor residence, developed by Doronin’s US-based firm, Oko Group, is asking $34.5 million.

A palatial 3,746 square feet, it features three bedrooms, a windowed chef’s kitchen, a home theater and a 42-foot-long pool.

The home is adorned with white-oak floors and three glass-enclosed fireplaces; the main bedroom features an en-suite spa bath and a private terrace with a Jacuzzi.

Hotel amenities include a 25,000-square-foot, three-story spa equipped with another pool, a steam room and a sauna, as well as Aman trainers and wellness specialists.

Then there’s the piano bar with a terrace, private club, cigar lounge, jazz club and several restaurants.

Douglas Elliman’s Noble Black, Richard Steinberg, J. Roger Erickson and Ronald Lense have the listing.
