Cops busted the creep who sexually assaulted and robbed a 28-year-old woman in Brooklyn last week, authorities said Monday morning.
Adrian Quarless, 37, approached the victim around 1 a.m. July 25 on the steps of a building near North 10th and Roebling streets in Williamsburg, according to cops.
The stranger allegedly tossed the woman down the stairs, molested her and stole her purse — holding her credit cards, cash, and identification — before fleeing on foot.
About 12 hours later, Quarless used the woman’s credit cards at a CVS on 86th Street near Bay Parkway in Bensonhurst, spending $46.21, cops said.
Five days later, the Brooklyn North Warrants Squad caught up to Quarless in the confines of the 77th Precinct, which covers northern Crown Heights, cops said.
He was charged with robbery, sexually motivated robbery, grand larceny and sexual abuse-forcible compulsion, authorities said.
Quarless, of East Flatbush, has at least a dozen prior arrests, all for grand larcenies in 2015, according to police.
