Lisa Edelstein, who plays the hilariously entitled daughter of a celebrity agent in the Netflix hit “The Kominsky Method” starring Michael Douglas, is listing her East Village garden pad for $1.5 million.
The home, on East 10th Street, by Tompkins Square Park, comes with two bedrooms and a tiered garden with a bluestone patio, flowerbeds and a specimen weeping willow tree.
The actress, who also starred in the Fox medical drama “House” and Bravo’s “Girlfriends’ Guide to Divorce,” bought the apartment for $960,000 — well over its $899,000 asking price — in 2006.
Edelstein, 55, is married to artist Robert Russell, 50.
In her younger years, she was a club kid, Lisa E, and there is graffiti art in the loft’s garden.
The home features a great room with custom built-ins, and a large, open chef’s kitchen with a dining area and island.
The main bedroom overlooks the garden and comes with a custom walk-in closet.
There’s also a washer and drier in the unit — and a low monthly maintenance fee of $489.
The listing broker is Matthew Coleman, of Coleman Real Estate Group.
