A 35-year-old motorcyclist was killed following a collision with another vehicle at a Brooklyn intersection, police said.
Cops on Saturday identified the victim as Richard Henry, of Canarsie.
Police said the East New York crash occurred Friday at 5:35 p.m. and that a preliminary investigation revealed a 2017 Toyota Camry, operated by a 59-year-old man, was traveling eastbound on Stanley Avenue. When the driver attempted to make a left turn onto Williams Avenue, he collided with Henry’s motorcycle traveling westbound on Stanley Avenue, cops said.
Police responding to a 911 call found Henry unconscious and unresponsive, lying on the roadway, police said. EMS pronounced the Canarsie man dead at the scene.
The NYPD’s Collision Investigation Squad is investigating. No arrests have been made, police said.
