Another $1M slashed off ‘RHOBH’ Tom & Erika’s mansion as pressure mounts
Only one month after fallen power couple Tom Girardi and Erika Jayne slashed the price of their Pasadena mansion, the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” stars have been pressured to cut the price once again amid their legal woes.
Initially listed in May for a whopping $13 million, the price has seen three different price cuts and now is listed at only $8.9 million — 32 percent off what they were hoping to score on their longtime marital property amid their divorce.
But it appears that the price point is still a stretch. According to Realtor.com, current Pasadena pricing sits at $656 per square foot, whereas their house is still currently priced at $866 per square foot — well above the average cost of a home’s worth in the area.
As Page Six previously reported, the “RHOBH” stars were forced to put their mansion of over three decades on the market after they were accused of funding their lavish lifestyle with stolen money from clients.

Girardi, 82, initially purchased the home for $1.3 million in 1980 — 20 years before he married Jayne, 50.
Although a federal judge ruled Girardi could stay at the home until he found a buyer, it appears that the former hot shot lawyer may have moved into an assisted living facility, as he was spotted in July at Belmont Village Senior Living.
The sighting took place after Girardi’s brother, Robert Girardi, filed official letters of conservatorship to become Tom’s permanent caretaker in July. Robert stated that Tom “has dementia” and a “major neurocognitive disorder” in documents obtained by Page Six.
Tom was first placed under the conservatorship back in February following his diagnosis with late-onset Alzheimer’s disease and dementia.
Meanwhile, Jayne is currently living in a downsized 2,100-square-foot rental. To compare, the home she shared with Girardi was over 10,200 square feet.
She filed for divorce in November 2020.
