Jesse Metcalfe just scored a $1.1 million Miami penthouse after finding a buyer for a Manhattan apartment he had just purchased in March, The Post has learned.
The “John Tucker Must Die” star dropped $933,000 for a one-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in the Lower East Side before parting ways with it a mere eight months later.
Metcalfe’s new Miami residence has two stories with 22-foot-high ceilings and unobstructed wide views of the ocean, bay and city, according to the listing.
Boasting two bedrooms and three bathrooms, the condo comes with a custom stainless-steel and mahogany circular staircase that connects both floors. On the second floor is the primary marble suite that overlooks the bay and offers a soaking tub and rain shower with water views.
Known as Brickell Place, amenities of the luxury building include a pool and cabanas, jacuzzi spa, tennis, racket and basketball courts, fitness room and a BBQ area.
The move also comes less than a year after Metcalfe, 42, and his former fiancée of 12 years, actor Cara Santana, sold their shared home above LA’s Sunset Strip for almost $3.7 million last November, according to property records.
The “Desperate Housewives” star purchased a three-bedroom, four-bathroom Hollywood Hills home for $2.2 million after their split, records show.
Taren Cassidy of Douglas Elliman represented Metcalf, and Silvia Nieto-Torres of Horizon Homes Realty represented the sellers. Both agents did not respond to The Post’s request for comment.
Metcalfe is starring in two upcoming films, “The Fortress 2,” alongside Bruce Willis and Chad Michael Murray, and “On a Wing and a Prayer,” alongside Dennis Quaid and Heather Graham.
