Erika Jayne and Tom Girardi cut price of mansion again amid messy divorce
Erika Jayne and soon-to-be ex-husband Tom Girardi are running out of time to sell their marital home, and have been forced to chip yet another chunk off of the listing, The Post has learned.
Initially hitting the market six months ago for $13 million, the Pasadena, California, mansion is now for sale at $8.2 million — a 37% drop.
The price of the four-bedroom, nine-bathroom abode was slashed in June to $11.5 million, then again in July to $9.98 million. In August, it went down to $8.9 million.
But it doesn’t appear that any of the price points have lured potential buyers.
The property is in high contention by the Los Angeles federal court for the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star, 50, and her estranged husband, 82.
Girardi is facing allegations he embezzled millions of dollars of settlement money earmarked for his clients, who are largely the victims of accidents, natural disasters and crimes.
Initially, the legal eagle was supposed to stay in the home until they found a buyer, but he has since been living in an assisted living facility following his late-onset Alzheimer’s and dementia diagnosis.
The former attorney allegedly misappropriated $2 million intended for Lion Air Flight 610 crash victims — amid other lawsuits — forcing him to file for bankruptcy.
The deal required the mansion to be kept “clean and tidy,” that utilities are paid and that he not interact with potential buyers.
According to the listing, the tan stucco Mediterranean-style mansion features a chapel with statues, an ornate cathedral-style ceiling, stained glass windows, viscose, lantern lighting and silk ivory floral wallpaper.
Spanning 10,277 square feet, a walking path encircles the property connecting the rose garden, lawns, wisteria-covered pergolas and multiple patios and seating areas.
Jayne has maintained her innocence about any knowledge of the criminal activities involving her estranged husband.
She filed for divorce from Girardi after 20 years of marriage in November 2020.
“It does not look good,” she told Andy Cohen during the Oct. 20 episode when asked whether she thinks Tom is guilty. “However, we still need to get to the bottom of it. Only one side of the story has been told. I feel terrible. This is not who I am. And I hope this is not who he is. … I hope that he has not done what is alleged here.”
Jayne is currently living in a downsized rental.
