Watching the Giants offense has been painful for a long time. With a new offensive coordinator and a different quarterback Sunday, it didn’t get any better. In fact, it got worse.
The Giants could not score a touchdown in Miami Gardens, falling 20-9 to the surging Dolphins. Mike Glennon was just awful and all Big Blue could do was muster three field goals, dropping to 4-8 as their slim playoff hopes are pretty much a wrap.
To break down an ugly game, we bring you a new episode of the “Blue Rush” podcast with Lawrence Tynes and Paul Schwartz, including a chat with The Post’s Ryan Dunleavy.
Blue Rush Podcast with Paul, Lawrence & Jake:
- OFFENSE: This is on the coaching staff, not so much the players. Evan Engram was the only one who showed up Sunday. Glennon was terrible. They may have to actually start Jake Fromm, who hasn’t even been with the team for a week.
- JOE JUDGE: He is the master deflector. He will not criticize his players after games and his answers do not make much sense. He needs to criticize these guys instead of saying he sees progress.
- SAQUON BARKLEY: Has lost confidence and may have become a mental thing. How will he recover from this rough stretch?
Ryan Dunleavy Interview:
NY Post NFL reporter
- NEW COACH, SAME PROBLEMS: Firing Jason Garrett didn’t do anything. The offense has actually gotten worse since he was let go.
- QB SAGA: Does Fromm start Sunday in Los Angeles? Do they add another QB? Does Glennon come back from his concussion and start?
- FAST FOOD: We give out our favorite fast food combos. The season is getting ugly, can you blame us?
