Anti-vax protesters block traffic outside de Blasio’s Brooklyn home

A few dozen protesters disrupted traffic outside Mayor de Blasio’s Brooklyn home on Tuesday night and expressed outrage over COVID-19 vaccine mandates.

The demonstrators chanted “No vaccine mandates!” and “My body, my choice!” as they congregated in the middle of the road, blocking a garbage truck for at least 10 minutes, according to footage obtained by The Post.

“We say no, we say no!” and “Save our children!” the group also yelled.

One man held a sign that read: “Wake up New York. Hold the line.”

City municipal workers were the first to be subjected to a COVID-19 inoculation requirement and in recent weeks the mayor has announced a number of other mandates for other groups as his time at City Hall winds down.

De Blasio on Monday suddenly sprang a jab requirement on all private business in the Big Apple that is set to go into effect on Dec. 27.

The mayor also said Monday that two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine will be required to enter many indoor businesses in the five boroughs — including bars, restaurants and fitness centers.

Children ages 5 to 11 will also be required to receive at least one shot in a vaccine series to enter indoor establishments by the end of the month.
