Robert Griffin III and wife heat up Instagram with new workout video
Just call them fitness couple goals.
Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, Grete Griffin, the wife of former Ravens quarterback Robert Griffin III, shared a workout video of the pair busting a move to the “Cha Cha Slide.”
“What do they say… couples that work out together, stay together? Lol,” Grete captioned the video, which featured the twosome in sync as they did squats and jumps.
Griffin, 31, also posted the same clip on his Instagram page, which was naturally flooded with comments from his legions of followers.
“This is awesome!! Love it! Your facial expression is priceless lol,” one fan wrote, while another responded, “That’s actually solid. Good work.”
Grete, who has been married to Griffin since 2018, is the owner of Glow Fitness 101, which offers customers a series of workout programs and fitness accessories.
Griffin and his favorite workout partner regularly bring the heat to social media. The former first-round pick recently celebrated “Woman Crush Wednesday” by sharing a cozy photo with Grete, who posed in a pink bikini.
“A forever thing. Don’t let the cheeseburger socks distract you,” he captioned the shot in late December.
Before closing out 2021, Griffin and Grete enjoyed a date night in New York for this year’s Heisman Trophy ceremony. Griffin won the prestigious award in 2011 while at Baylor and was drafted by Washington the following year.
