Greg Robinson, a former offensive lineman for the Cleveland Browns, has been accused of possessing an enormous amount of drugs — again.
According to Thibodaux, La. police, Robinson was pulled over during a normal traffic stop early Monday morning. Authorities said they smelled drugs in the 2021 Cadillac Escalade, searched the car and found what they suspected to be cocaine, crack cocaine, oxycodone, hydrocodone, Xanax and marijuana.
A subsequent search of Robinson’s properties allegedly turned up bountiful amounts of what was suspected to be crystal meth, cocaine, marijuana, crack cocaine, hydrocodone, oxycodone, alprazolam and drug trafficking equipment and paraphernalia.
Police estimated the total value of the drugs to be $120,810.
In Feb. 2020, Robinson was arrested near the Mexican border with 156 pounds of marijuana. According to TMZ, Robinson was ultimately sentenced to five years’ probation in that case.
In a six-year career spanning from 2014 through 2019, Robinson played offensive tackle for the Rams, Lions and Browns. He was the second overall pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, selected by the Rams.
