4 injured in northwest DC shooting
Four people were shot Thursday in northwest Washington, DC, police said.
The Metropolitan Police Department confirmed shortly after 1:30 p.m. that officers were on the scene after gunshots were heard on North Capitol Street.
All four victims were conscious and breathing, FOX5 reported.
