Justin Jedlica, who is often referred to as the world’s first “Human Ken Doll” for his signature appearance, is listing his Los Angeles bungalow for $1.99 million.
Situated minutes away from West Hollywood, the Sunset Strip, and the Melrose District, the four-bedroom, three-bathroom abode boasts a stucco exterior and Spanish tile roof.
The reality star purchased the home in 2016 for $1.32 million. Jedlica, 42, has undergone some 1,000 cosmetic procedures, which started when he turned 18. He famously appeared on the first episode of “Botched” in 2014 — and the work over the years has included at least five nose jobs and chest implants.
As for his home, the open-concept living room features a gas fireplace and opens into the kitchen and dining room with French doors that boast views of the surrounding greenery. The primary bedroom opens directly to the backyard, with a covered seating area, an automated hot tub and a pool, a wall of mature hedges for absolute privacy — and a furnished guest house with its own bathroom.
The kitchen features a foliage backsplash and granite countertops.
“With Nest thermostat controlled central air, solar panels and one of the best walkable locations in all of LA, all that’s missing is you!” the listing says.
Josh Morrow, of the Aaron Kirman Group at Compass, holds the listing.
