Penthouse in Tom Brokaw’s former UES building lists for $11M

A penthouse in a posh Upper East Side building, whose past residents included Tom Brokaw and Goldman Sachs’ former CEO, Lloyd Blankfein, is on the market for $11.45 million.

The sprawling 10-room duplex, at 941 Park Ave., was asking $12 million last year.

The listing brokers are Brian and Kate Meier of Christie’s International Real Estate.

The prewar co-op is 3,600 square feet and comes with three bedrooms and four and a half baths.

It features intricate millwork, archways, herringbone floors, an ornately carved curving staircase, as well as a wrap-around terrace.

A gallery leads to the home’s living room, replete with a floor-to-ceiling wood-burning fireplace and large windows showcasing city views.

There’s also a wood-paneled library, an eat-in chef’s kitchen and bedrooms with terrace access. The sale includes a 100-square-foot “staff studio” on another floor with a shared bathroom.

The building, designed by Schwartz & Gross in 1927, has a gym, a yoga/barre room, a golf simulator and a playroom.
