NYC community board meeting hijacked by masturbating ‘hacker’
An online Brooklyn community board meeting was hijacked by a masturbating creep Wednesday night, forcing shocked administrators to temporarily shut down the public discussion.
The perverted display during the Community Board 13 Zoom meeting played out as a rep from Coney Island Health Center was talking about the high rate of sexually transmitted diseases.
During the STD discussion, a man pleasuring himself appeared in the upper left corner of the screen.
From there, chaos, confusion and a whole lotta cringe ensued as stunned attendees caught a glimpse of the NSFW ordeal.
“I think we’re being Zoom-bombed,” somebody can be heard saying.
Numerous vulgarities and racist words were shouted as the hack dragged on with an announcement that sounded like it was a recorded message issuing a warning.
“This meeting has been flagged as pornographic,” the ominous announcement states. “This meeting will be shut down in five minutes if you do not make me host and resolve the issue.”
Eventually CB 13 chair Lucy Mujica Diaz urged everyone to log off, but not before a video again showed the same man masturbating on screen.
“It was a hack. It was a porn hack,” one meeting participant told The Post. “It was full frontal! Everybody was stunned.”
When the meeting reconvened after a new link was sent out, Mujica Diaz apologized and blamed it on a hacker.
“OK, so we apologize for technical difficulties, guys,” she said, adding, “We apologize, we don’t know what happened, we were hacked.”
The board meeting appeared to be back on track Wednesday night with Mujica Diaz texting The Post during the meeting, “We closed it down and started a new meeting.”
Community Board 13 covers Brighton Beach, Coney Island, Gravesend and Sea Gate.
X-rated hacks are nothing new in Big Apple local government meetings with many being held remotely since the COVID-19 pandemic struck in March 2020.
NYC Councilman Ari Kagan, who was on the CB 13 meeting over the phone and didn’t see the shocking moment, told The Post Wednesday night the same thing recently happened at an NYPD 62nd Precinct Community Council meeting.
“The meeting was hacked,” Kagan said of the NYPD meeting. “There was gay porn.”
More than two years ago, hackers streamed porn during a virtual NYC council event.
A month before that, porn images were splashed on screen during the NYPD’s 102nd Precinct Community Council meeting, and in August of that year, hackers got into a parents meeting hosted by Staten Island’s New Dorp High School where porn, swastikas and racial slurs were displayed.
