This smashing $250 million penthouse at Central Park Tower is ready for its close-up.
Filming is slated to start Friday for a new real-estate reality show starring celeb broker Ryan Serhant, our spies say — and the series will feature this castle in the sky.
The triplex penthouse is in the world’s tallest residential condo tower, at 217 W. 57th St., 1,416 feet above street level. It comes with picture-perfect panoramic views of the city, including the green swath of Central Park, and towers over some of the other supertalls on Billionaires’ Row, such as nearby 432 Park.
The penthouse’s mighty asking price still makes it the priciest home for sale within city limits, according to StreetEasy. It listed for sale last September.
The home, which opens on the 129th floor, boasts a cool 17,545 square feet of interior space and 1,433 square feet of outdoor space.
There’s a 1,500-square-foot grand salon and a nearly 2,000-square-foot ballroom with 27-foot-tall ceilings.
At a recent cocktail party organized by Serhant broker Lauren Mitinas-Kelly, which was held at the penthouse, billionaire and Carlyle Group co-founder David Rubenstein spoke to a group of well-dressed centimillionaires, billionaires and a $50 million-plus “meat and potatoes” group.
Design details include a windowed staircase, an observatory, a library, a media room, a catering kitchen and a chef’s kitchen. The 131-story tower boasts amenities like a gym with an outdoor pool, a sun deck and cabanas. There’s also a screening room, a business center and an indoor saltwater pool — along with a spa, a sauna and a squash court.
Serhant, the listing’s broker, declined to comment.
