Reality TV personality James Kennedy has freshly upgraded his living situation without going far.
Last month, the 31-year-old moved from the Los Angeles apartment he’d been sharing with his 27-year-old girlfriend Ally Lewber to a nearby three-bedroom house, according to the Sun.
Kennedy, a British DJ and rapper best known for being a recurring cast member on the hit Bravo drama “Vanderpump Rules,” spent $1.35 million for the property.
Spread over 1,327 square feet, the Burbank abode was recently remodeled and now features a new roof, windows, hardwood floors, fixtures, fencing and “an extra wide and long private driveway” leading up to its detached garage, according to the listing.
Within the off-black facade is a clean, modern home with a “custom” kitchen, two bathrooms, and plenty of white walls and inset lighting throughout.
The landscaped backyard offers an in-ground pool, a covered and grill-equipped patio area — and plenty of trees “for the utmost privacy.”
Kennedy took out a $1.08 million loan to purchase the property, the Sun reported — adding that on the same day the transaction went through, his former two-bedroom unit on Wilshire Boulevard listed for $5,345 a month in rent.
Kennedy and Lewber offered “Vanderpump” watchers a peek into their old place on the show’s current season, giving a home tour of their plentiful plants and their “Tulum vibe” bedroom.
The pair decorated the almost 1,600-square-foot apartment with furnishings including a $1,500 bean bag and Kennedy’s DJ equipment, which he kept in a “spaceship”-like room.
When not in his out-of-this-world office, Kennedy could often be found in the pad’s generously sized kitchen.
“Ally doesn’t cook at all. I do all the cooking,” he said on the episode.
