Inside the $6.25M CA home ‘Superman’ star Dean Cain fled for Vegas

This sprawling Malibu pad offers ocean views and a waterfall-equipped pool — but the luxe amenities weren’t enough to keep this actor distracted from his disgust with the state’s politics.

Dean Cain has freshly fled across state lines to escape California’s progressive policies — despite living on a secluded hilltop overlooking the nation’s Pacific edge.

The 56-year-old, who played Clark Kent on ABC’s “Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman” alongside Teri Hatcher’s Lois Lane from 1993 to 1997, now joins the ex-Golden State celebrity club of Kat Von D and Scott Baio in running from California to more conservative pastures.

“I love California. It’s the most beautiful state. Everything’s wonderful about it except for the policies. The policies are just terrible. The fiscal policies, the soft-on-crime policies, the homelessness policies,” the actor told Fox News this week.

“The things that our leaders in California have been doing have driven out anybody who can really afford to get out. People are flocking out of there in droves.”

The home he offloaded offered unobstructed panoramas of the ocean from a private perch on a cul-de-sac.

Cain — whose credits also include the TV movies “The Dog Who Saved the Holidays” and “The Dog Who Saved Christmas Vacation,” and 2014’s direct-to-video release “Airplane vs. Volcano” — listed the property for $7.25 million in March and sold it for $6.25 million late last month, TMZ first reported.

Interior highlights of the 3,302-square-foot spread include plenty of indoor-outdoor living areas and a kitchen window seat.

One of single-story abode’s four bedrooms is also covered in sea creature murals.

“The proximity to beaches, downtown Malibu shopping, local eateries, and the ability to join the Pepperdine Crest Club for access to athletic facilities and events make this property the perfect way to enjoy the Malibu way of life,” an old listing boasts of the Tinseltown-adjacent outpost.
