Bebe Rexha struck in the face by phone tossed from crowd while performing in NYC

Pop star Bebe Rexha was pelted in the face by a cellphone launched at her from the crowd during a Sunday night concert in New York City.

The 33-year-old Brooklyn native was moving upstage toward the audience while performing at The Rooftop at Pier 17 when the phone was hurled directly into the singer/songwriter’s face, striking her just below her left eye, video captured by a fan shows.

The Grammy-nominated vocalist then turned away from the crowd and fell to her knees in pain as crew members rushed to help.

Video of the incident showed the phone hitting Rexha in the upper left cheek, right below her eye.

The show was halted as Rexha, whose real name is Bleta Rexha, was rushed offstage.

She was seen clutching her face behind the curtain before medics led her backstage, with the crowd chanting her name in support.

The extent of Rexha’s injuries is unclear, but unconfirmed reports indicate she needed three stitches.

Reps for the singer did not respond to requests for comment from The Post.

Fans in attendance and across social media fumed over the attack on the defenseless “Back to You” singer.

“Absolutely great show ruined by a fan throwing their phone at @BebeRexha hopefully she is ok after that,” Alex Chavez posted on Twitter with the original video of the “I Don’t Wanna Grow Up” artist getting hit.

“This is Bebe Rexha being rushed out of the concert venue here in NYC after someone threw a f–king phone and hit her face as she was leaving the stage. We were all having a hell of a good time and so was Bebe, we were all having a blast, I mean who would even do that??? We hope you’re ok @BebeRexha,” a fan tweeted along with a video of the singer exiting the stage.

“Wow, this is so vile, nasty, and disturbing. Bebe Rexha doesn’t deserve this at all. I hope she is ok, and I hope the person who threw the phone gets charged with assault,” another supporter tweeted.

Prior to the phone incident, Rexha invited a fan on stage to sing “I’m Gonna Show You Crazy.”

The show was the 13th stop on her Best F’n Night Of My Life tour in support of her third studio album, “Bebe,” which was released in April.

The “I Got You” singer has four more dates lined up, including shows at the Fillmore in Philadelphia, The Fillmore Silver Spring in Silver Spring, Md., the Tabernacle in Atlanta and the Hard Rock Live Orlando.

Earlier this month, the songwriter took to Twitter to clap back at online trolls — and TikTok search suggestions — after being criticized for her fluctuating weight.

“Yes I’m in my fat era and what?” the “Me, Myself & I” singer confidently tweeted, alongside a mirror selfie of her in the bathroom with her midsection exposed.
